Mike Nall is an experienced business advisor, author and speaker with a proven track record as a transaction intermediary for privately held midmarket companies. He is the Founder and Executive Director of the Alliance of Merger & Acquisition Advisors, (AM&AA) www.amaaonline.org, a Chicago-based international professional trade association. AM&AA features a resource, development, and exchange center serving over 650 independent accountants, attorneys, and other highly qualified investors and advisors. With the collective benefit of many decades of experience and access to world-class resources, AM&AA has developed a “1st of its kind” professional training and credential designation for the middle market M&A advisory community: “Certified Merger & Acquisition Advisor” (CM&AA)
A retired CPA, Mr. Nall graduated with honors from Eastern Illinois University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration and Accounting . He is also an active member in the Association for Corporate Growth, The Family Firm Institute, International Trade Club of Chicago and the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants.
